Mr. Roth is the founder and Executive Director of Daisy Alliance, a nonpartisan, nongovernmental organization that promotes peace and security through nonproliferation and disarmament of nuclear weapons and the rule of international law. He authored No Time To Kill, a holistic examination of the threat to civilization posed by weapons of mass destruction (WMD). Bruce has been a recurring guest on radio programs and gives presentations to various civic, academic, and religious groups on this topic.

Holly LindamoodHolly Lindamood
Ms. Lindamood is the Program Director for Nuclear Nonproliferation and Disarmament at Daisy Alliance, is a Ph.D. Candidate in Political Science at Georgia State University. She teaches American Government and Global Issues, and her research interests include nuclear nonproliferation and disarmament, civil conflict, democratization, and Middle East politics. She is currently working on her dissertation research on Islamist political party strategies in the Middle East.

Commodore Bhaskar is the Director of the National Maritime Foundation in New Delhi. He retired from the Indian Navy in early 2007 after 37 years service. He is also the Contributing Editor of the South Asia Monitor and a Reuters columnist. He is the former Director of the Institute for Defense Studies and Analyses (IDSA) and was appointed Member-Secretary of the Government of India Task Force on ‘Global Strategic Developments.

Dr. Cohen is a Senior Fellow at the Washington Office of the James Martin Center for Nonproliferation Studies (CNS) of the Monterey Institute of International Studies. Prior to that, he was a Public Policy Scholar at the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars. He is an internationally recognized expert on non-proliferation issues, with a special interest in the Middle East. He has edited and authored several books, including Israel and the Bomb and The Worst Kept Secret: Israel’s Bargain with the Bomb.

Professor Martin E. HellmanProfessor Martin E. Hellman
Dr. Hellman is Professor Emeritus of Electrical Engineering at Stanford University. He founded Nuclear Risk, an NGO dedicated to “Defusing the Nuclear Threat,” which focuses on applying risk analysis to traditional nuclear deterrence. Dr. Hellman was recently inducted into the National Inventors Hall of Fame for co-inventing public key cryptography, a technology used to securely make Internet credit card purchases. He is a member of the National Academy of Engineering, a Fellow of the International Association for Cryptologic Research, and an IEEE Hamming Medalist.

Dr. O’Neill is Professor Emeritus of the History of War and a Fellow of All Souls College at the University of Oxford. He is former Chairman of the Council of the International Institute of Strategic Studies (IISS), Chairman of the Trustees for the Imperial War Museum in London, a member of the Canberra Commission on the Elimination of Nuclear Weapons, and served as a Rhodes Trustee. He is an Officer of the Order of Australia and a Fellow of the Academy of the Social Sciences in Australia.

Dr. O'Shea is the former Director of Ambulatory Pediatrics at Brown University, General Pediatrics at Emory University, and Pediatrics at the Meridian Medical Group in Atlanta, Georgia. He is a docent at the Michael C. Carlos Museum of Antiquities at Emory University and serves on the boards of The Atlanta Opera, the Center for the Visually Impaired, and Catholic Charities Atlanta.
